How do I make a complaint about a delivery that has been damaged in shipping?

If one or more of your products have been damaged during transport, you have the right to make a complain. Contact us at [email protected] as soon as you discover the damage, but no later than 3 days after you have received the delivery. It is important that you document the damage with clear picture, both of the packaging and the damaged product itself, and that you save the packaging.
