When we transfer personal data to a Data Processor, it only takes place for the original purpose of collecting the personal data from the beginning. In most cases, this purpose relates to TÔNN’s commitment to maintain its part of the purchase agreement when a customer has made a purchase. Written agreements are established with all Data Processors where guarantees are given for the personal data being handled only for the agreed purpose and the security of the personal data.
TÔNN sometimes transfers personal data to other companies that are Data Controllers. This means that it is not TÔNN that determines how the personal data will be handled by the other company. Data Controllers that Betonggruvan shares personal information with are:
• Companies that deal with general freight transport (logistics companies and freight forwarders).
• Businesses offering payment solutions (card-insolvent companies, banks and other payment service providers).
