When making a purchase at TÔNN furniture’s website, TÔNN furniture AB 559023-5767, you also accept our general terms and conditions. By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions in their entirety, and that he/she has taken part in all compatible information and agrees to the handling of personal data and cookies in accordance with TÔNN furniture’s policy. The purchase agreement is entered as soon as TÔNN furniture confirms the order by sending an order confirmation via email. The order confirmation is sent to the email address specified by the customer when the order is placed. The order confirmation should be saved in case of further contact with TÔNN furniture’s customer service or similar.

TÔNN furniture reserves the right to change prices, final sales and any factual errors that may be found on our website or in our advertisements. By factual errors is meant, for example, any price errors, product descriptions or incorrect stock balances. 

TÔNN furniture reserves the right to change General terms, prices, assortment, descriptions or images on the website at any time.

Order and delivery confirmation

Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. You will also receive an email with delivery confirmation in connection with your order leaving our warehouse. If an item is out of stock, it is marked as backordered in the webshop and on the order confirmation. We will then send the item to you as soon as it is back in stock. You are of course welcome to contact us for further information about estimated delivery. 

Shipping & Delivery

Within Sweden:

Free shipping on purchases over SEK 5,000. For purchase amounts below SEK 5,000, shipping costs will be added to the stated price. Smaller goods are delivered to agents at a shipping cost of SEK 75.  At checkout, the shipping options that are selectable for your particular order are presented. 

Within Sweden, the furniture is delivered with DHL to an agent or with home delivery to your plot boundary. If you live in Stockholm, we deliver your furniture with home delivery via Bring. Once we have received your order, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date. 

Europe :

We ship with FedEx to almost every country in the world. Smaller goods are delivered to agents at a shipping cost from €15-25 depending on which country you live in. At checkout, the shipping options that are selectable for your particular order are presented with shipping fee.

Non EU contries & Worldwide:

Keep in mind that it’s you as the recipient who pays customs duties and other fees when importing goods to non EU countries. Please make sure to check with the customs office of your country before placing an order. The shipping cost is depending on where you live and the size and weight of your order. 

We reserve the right for any delays in production. If your order deviates from the preliminary delivery time, we will notify you by e-mail.

Home Delivery 

When delivering by courier to your home it’s important that you are on site during the agreed time to receive your order and that we and the driver have the correct telephone number for the recipient. If you wish to change your telephone number, please let us know before we book the shipment. If you are not on site during the agreed time, we will charge a fee for a new delivery appointment to be made.

It is also important that the courier has free passage from your door to the place where the furniture is to be placed. Otherwise there is a risk of damage to other furniture in your home. We take no responsibility for things that stand in the way and breaks. If you have sensitive floors – cover them before delivery. Check that it is possible to transport the furniture in an elevator or that it is possible to enter through doors and stairwells. In winter, it is important that the road / entrance to the house is passable and ice-free. The road to the delivery address must be passable.

Check your package for damage

Once you have received your package, it is important that you check that the packaging is not damaged before you sign that you have received it. This is to enable any complaints to the shipping company if the goods has been damaged during transport. If you discover any damage, we kindly ask you to report this to us as soon as possible, and no later than 3 days after receiving your delivery. Please send an email to [email protected] with clear pictures of both the packaging and the product(s). It’s also very important that you save all packaging, as it may be needed in the complaint process.

Price and payment

When you shop at tonnfurniture.com within the European Union VAT is always included in the price. For orders outside of EU, VAT is not included. The total order amount will show at checkout. All prices are shown in EUR.

We offer smooth payment with the following payment methods:

Customs

For orders to countries outside the European Union, it is the recipient who pays customs and other fees for the import. Please make sure to check the regulations in your country before placing your order. 

Return Policy 

We offer private customers 30 days to return an item in accordance with the Swedish regulations regarding distance purchasing. If you regret your purchase you must contact us within this time. Send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll help you return the products. 

The items should be returned unused and undamaged within 30 days after you have correctly notified us that you regret the purchase. The product must be packed in its original packaging. You as a customer are responsible for the return shipping cost to TÔNN furniture’s warehouse, and for the package until it reaches our warehouse.

A refund will be made as soon as we’ve received and approved the return but no later than 30 days afterwards. Please note that invoices must be paid even if you return the item. The right to return items does not apply to corporate customers.

If the product is used and no longer in an unchanged condition, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund upon the return.

Uncollected packages 

Packages that have not been picked up from delivery point within the specified time will be returned to TÔNN furniture by the shipping company at a cost. For all packages that are not collected, €40 is charged for the cost of return shipping and handling fee. 

You then have the opportunity to contact us to arrange a new shipping at a new shipping cost. 

Complaint

When you receive your item, it is important that you check it as soon as possible. This also applies if you suspect that the damage has occurred during transport. 

You have the right to complain about a product if it can be assumed that it’s a manufacturing defect. Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and attach clear pictures of the incorrect item and state your order number. In the event of a complaint of damage that has occurred during transport, we need your email no later than 3 days after receiving your delivery. It is also important that you save all packaging, as this may be needed in the complaint process. If it can be ascertained that the product is defect or damaged, we will take care of the return shipping and send you a replacement product. If the item is out of stock, we will of course refund the purchase amount to you.

Colors and pictures 

Since computer screens can reproduce images (such as colors) in different ways, we can not guarantee that the images displayed in the webshop correspond exactly to what the product looks like in real life. When it comes to natural materials, each copy is unique and the product can therefore not match the image in the webshop.
