As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping cost to TÔNN Furniture’s warehouse and for ensuring that the items arrive in undamaged condition.

Always keep all packaging and email us at hello@tonnfurniture.com to make a return.

If the product has been used or is no longer in its original condition, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund. Please note that we do not refund the original delivery cost.

Claims

Please check your item as soon as you receive it, including in cases of suspected transport damage. If you notice any damage, we recommend informing the driver or the postal agent immediately.

You may file a claim if the item is or is suspected to be defective. Report the issue as soon as possible and include clear photos of the damage, as well as of both the inner and outer packaging. For transport damage, the claim must be submitted within 3 days.
