TÔNN furniture is in an expansive phase. Our focus is to develop our Portal shelving system into a shelf for every room. We are a small but tight team that loves functional design and helping our customers find the best solutions for their home.

We are now looking for a thorough Production and logistics coordinator who will be an important part of our team. As Production and logistics coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring our production and supply chains. Your work will be essential to ensure that our products reach our customers on time and in perfect condition.

Main data

• Production planning: Responsible for planning and scheduling the production process to ensure that products are manufactured in the desired quality and quantity at the right time at the right price.
• Supply Chain: Oversee the supply chain, including managing purchases and collaborating with suppliers and transport companies.
• Customer contact: Manage shipping bookings, returns and complaint handling in contact with customers and our warehouse.
• Inventory management: Responsible for efficient inventory management. Make sure automatic feeds are working.
• Incident Management: Identify and resolve any problems or areas for improvement in the production and logistics process.

Qualifications

• Experience of similar work.
• Accuracy and organizational skills.
• Analytical ability and problem solving oriented.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Lack of prestige. You are used to cutting where necessary and see it as an exciting challenge to try new tasks.
• Experience in the furniture industry is advantageous.

The position is full-time parental substitute February 2024 – March 2025. You will be based at our combined office and showroom on Brännkyrkagatan in Stockholm and some time at our warehouse in Nacka.
